British Airways
British Airways role and responsibility, British Airways responsibility is to reduce their carbon footprint (CO2), by 2025 British Airways will reduce its CO2 by 5-6%.  For the community, British Airways supports more than 100 communities just where they operates. British Airways’ role is to support the London 2012. BA’s role is to ensure the best standard organization and to make profits. BA is in partnership with Spanish airline Iberia.

Thomas Cook
Thomas Cook’s responsibility is to look after the environment, and reduce their carbon footprint. Thomas Cook’s role is to develop personal leisure experience.

Virgin train
Virgin Train is determining to reduce its carbon footprint by creating Virgin Unite, which supports community issues, and encouraging the community to recycle. Virgin train’s role is to offer customers best and cheaper deal and Virgin train want to make profits.

National Express coach
National Express’s responsibility, National Express believe that carbon dioxin is their priority, National Express is determine to reduce its CO2 footprint by using more biofuel gas to run their coaches.  National Express’s role is to develop Birmingham coach station.

Hilton Hotel
Hilton Hotel’s role is to continue bringing high standard hospitality across the world, and to make profits. Their responsibility is to help young people start believing positively, since 2000 more than £8 million has been raised.

National Car Hire
National car hire’s responsibility, National is determinate to reduce its carbon by 2012 by 20%, and national is also determinate to increases the number of Eco car across the country and overseas. National’s role is to increase its member by offering them 10% discount, and make a profit.

First Choice:
First Choice’s responsibility is to create a sustainable business and fight against Carbon dioxide (CO2). First Choice is determine to contribute to the development of the community, 1% of their profit is donate for charity to support people in Africa, Asia etc.  First Choice’s role is to offer a cheaper holiday to families, singles etc. As a private sector, the main role is to make a profit.
Eurostar:
Eurostar’s responsibility, Eurostar is launching a new plan for reducing CO2 by 25% by 2012, in the same year they will launch high-speed train with less CO2 pollution. Eurostar’s role is to unite Europe. Their philosophy is to make a profit.

Easy Jet:
Easy Jet’s responsibility is to cut the carbon emission by 50% by 2015, Easy Jet also believe that their philosophy will increase their popularity. Easy Jet contributes to the community in which they operate 1.5% of their benefit to increase community development. Easy Jet role is to offer high class service to customers and to make a profit.

Visit Ireland
 Visit Ireland’s responsibility is to create a world class market by campaigning to the inbound tourists to visit Ireland; role is to grow tourism industry in Ireland, and encouraging tourists to spend more in Ireland. Visit Ireland work in partnership with public services, private services.

Macdonald Hotel
Macdonald Hotel’s responsibility, Macdonald Hotel is determined to reduce its carbon footprint by start using green energy in all of their hotels across the world; so far Macdonald has reduced its Kilowatt hour (KWh) by 20%, they have achieved to reduce 2,000 tonnes of carbon.

Avis Car Hire
Avis‘s responsibility, Avis is determinate to reduce its CO2 by 25-35% by 2012, and its role is to expend the number of car by 2% in 2012, and to make a profit of $400 million.

Air France’s responsibility, by 2012 Air France-KLM will reduce its carbon dioxides (CO2) by 20%; Air France-KLM will reduce 20% by promoting the Biofuels research and saving fuels. Air France role is to create a world class airplane and increases its number of destinations, and make a profit.

Euroline Bus
Euroline Bus’s responsibility is determinate to reduce its carbon footprint by 35% by 2012 and Euroline Bus also has increase the number of Eco Bus across the Europe. Euroline’s role is to connect Europe with only £67 from London to Frankfurt.

Expedia
Expedia’s responsibility, Expedia has launch a new charity for supporting young people in the UK, poverty in Africa and Asia, 8% of hotel booking will be donated to support the world development. Expedia’s role is to connect the world by offering a full packages hotel, flight, parking, insurance etc.

Malmaison Hotel
Malmaison Hotel’s responsibility, Malmaison is working with large numbers of parts to support children and young people; so far Malmaison has raised more than £1million to support young people and children by building   variety clubs, training young adult and Malmaison is determinate to support the community development by first educate and training youngsters.  Malmaison’s role is to offer a high standard of customer service by exceeding its customers expectation, Malmaison also wants to make a profit.

Most of the travel and tourism organizations are joining together because of the crisis, but to follow the partnership close they all share one philosophy to increase the customers, to increase the income, to become popular. Now on there are some many big travel and tourism organizations are joining with small travel and tourism organizations.
Air France is signing a new contract with KLM; the purpose of the partnership is to increase the income of both organizations, in year to come Air France-KLM will add 56 more destinations, they have signed a deal of £8 million with City Jet, City Jet will increase its flights by 2%, and will open a new destination in Spain.
In these days the travel and tourism organizations are working together in partnership with other company from overseas to expend their destinations and double their income.
British Airways and Iberia, they both have signed a contract of partnership in 2008 to create the world third largest Airline in the world and second largest in Europe. About 419 Aircraft in operation carrying more than 62 million passengers in 200 destinations.  This partnership is expected to save more than £330 million each year. This partnership will increase the number of employment in the UK and Spain, and this partnership will give BA and Iberia power to compete with Air France-KLM and Lufthansa. This partnership wills double the number of employees in the Organizations. 
Thomas Cook and Co-operative Group have signed a contract to emerge their store networks to create the largest store network in the UK; this partnership will bring together 1,204 stores, the partnership is 70% own by Thomas Cook and 30% own by Co-operative Group, experts expect the saving of £35 million.
To analyse the inter-relationship between travel and tourism organization, what we see is organization are emerging, the philosophy about their emerging is to increase the income and to create a big organization, for example Ba and Iberia emerged in 2008 they partnership is expected to save up to £330 million each year, and this saving will create employment, and also they will be able to compete will Air France-KLM and Lufthansa.
The effect of 2008 on businesses, and because of the crisis organization are emerging to create employment, increases their income, but the philosophy is to create one big organization to compete with rival organizations, for example Thomas Cook and Co-operative Group the purpose of their emerge is to create one largest store network in the UK with 1,204 stores in the UK, and with an impressive saving of £35 million, this money will create employment, and increase benefits.
In 2008 British companies have confirmed that 156, 266 people have lost their jobs according the Telegraph, so now on the companies emerge to create one big company to fight against the crisis of 2008.
In these days climate change is the biggest threat to the travel and tourism sector, and the travel and tourism companies will cut their carbon emission (CO2) by 50% by 2035 and 25% by 2020, this will cost them billions to reduce and the method they are using now is ‘emerging company’ so they can fight the climate change together, and it will cost them less money. Also the weather plays a negative role in the travel and tourism industry, such as the Volcano Ash most of the organization were emerged had option b to offer to their customers (clients) and cause of that 25 travel companies were affected, 30 companies which were emerged to rail companies had option b to offer to their customers. In total just in the UK 600,000 people were affected and some travel and tourism opened their eyes to emerge with other companies in case of a problem.


Positive aspects of inter-relationships

There are some positive aspects of inter-relationships on UK travel and tourism organization like employment, travel and tourism is the fifth largest sector in the UK.

Positive aspects:
  1. 1.    Provider a better service
  2. 2.    Save money
  3. 3.    Reduce cost

Many transport companies’ works in partnership with visitor attraction to create one big company, and to have more service to offer. For example Virgin Group offers all packages like holiday, airline, rail, and it saves money and reduces cost of the organization.
Most of tour operator and travel agent are working in partnership with Trade Associations to promote their organization and have a better support from the group, regarding financially and to prevent booking security online, etc.
Many accommodations are working together with Enjoy England and the Automobile Association (AA) to promote the organization and to offer a better service, and to be able to compete with other accommodations. For example Macdonald works in partnership with AA the purpose is to ensure security to customers.
Most of travel and tourism work with partners to create one big organization, and also be able to compete with rival in the industry, most of organizations work with partners from different sectors for example accommodation working with attraction and transport to complete and have more customers.
